2. What data we process

Depending on your contact with us, we process: contact and company data (name, email address, phone number, company name) that you provide yourself, for example via the contact or demo form; account and usage data when you use our services; and technical data such as IP address and browser data that are automatically recorded when you visit our website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to: respond to your request and provide a demo or quote (performance of contract or your request); deliver and maintain our service (performance of contract); secure and improve our website and service (legitimate interest); and comply with legal obligations, such as tax retention requirements.

4. Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the stated purposes. Requests via the contact form we retain as long as necessary to handle your request and afterwards for our administration. For data with a legal retention obligation (such as invoices) the legal retention period of seven years applies.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We do engage service providers who process data on our behalf (processors), such as hosting, email and payment service providers. We conclude processor agreements with these parties. Data is processed exclusively within the European Economic Area, or under appropriate safeguards outside it. We provide data to government agencies when the law requires us to do so.
