Online booking

Number of people, day, time slot and details. With opening hours per day, closed days and a phone number for large groups.

Table duration and distribution

How long a table is occupied depends on the number of people. You spread arrivals per time slot so the kitchen doesn't get overwhelmed.

Table planning and floor plan

Draw your dining room and terrace. See the evening per table, assign tables and combine them for a group.

Meal periods and covers

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or lounge, each with their own covers. Phone reservations and walk-ins you add manually.

Themed night with advance payment

Fixed seatings for a special evening. Guests pay per person in advance and that amount automatically deducts from the bill for that evening.

Track no-shows

Mark a guest as no-show. You see it on the guest card and in the reports.
